i noticed the staff acted quickly regarding any requests. the pools were clean.. i especially enjoyed the main pool area. there were sufficient facilities available there.
i found the parking place could be improved a little, even though it was sufficient.

The staff demonstrated amazing attention to detail. alibaba made sure i had soy milk, and my daughter had hot chocolate daily. He even brought us items from the refrigerator that we missed. nicky was also great, ordering breakfast boxes for our early 6 am departure as breakfast service hadn't started yet. the welcome tea and ice cream upon arrival was an amazing touch
the mattress felt very hard . i needed to use extra pillows for my back. the air conditioner wasn't effective enough to keep the room temperature stable, i felt a very noticeable temperature difference between night and day

Alibaba ensured soy milk was available daily. He brought extra items from the refrigerator. the breakfast service provides many choices. the staff paid very close attention to our needs during dining times.

The room was spacious and fulfilled all our needs. housekeeping cleaned our room every day. the room included a safe for valuables, which gave us peace of mind. We found the space very comfortable.

The hotel is close to various attractions. Exploring the local area was convenient. we found the area safe and easy to navigate. getting to nearby restaurants and shops was quick and simple. It suited our travel style.

the room featured a useful kettle and a safe.. plus, the lobby offered complimentary welcome drinks. two swimming pools are available, one on the ground floor and another on the rooftop.
There was not a way to contact reception directly from the room. I had to use my own phone.

The staff was friendly! The breakfast hours are long. From 6:30 AM to 11 AM. The location allows a 15-minute walk to the beach.
The sun loungers were insufficient. The shower door clashed with the wardrobe door. The dressing table mirror is set too high.
